Can I switch between plans?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time from your settings. Changes are applied immediately with no service interruption.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The limits and features of each plan are clearly defined. You only pay what is displayed.
Can I test advanced features for free?
Yes. The Authenticated Free plan already allows sending via your Gmail account, HTML emails, and To, CC, and BCC fields within the provided limits.
How many recipients can I add per email?
The limit depends on the plan. Free: up to 50 recipients – Pro: up to 100 recipients (To + CC + BCC combined).
What happens if I exceed my daily limit?
Sending is temporarily blocked until the next day. You are notified before reaching your quota to avoid any interruption.
How are abuses or excessive usage handled?
Strict quotas per plan are applied. In case of abnormal usage (non-compliant automated sending, spam, attempts to bypass limits), the account is automatically flagged by our systems and may be temporarily suspended. The objective is to protect deliverability and stability for everyone.
Does MailBridge replace Gmail?
No. MailBridge acts as a technical gateway. Gmail's limits and rules still apply based on your account.
